- Technical & Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, timestamps, and aggregated system performance metrics used exclusively for platform reliability and security monitoring.

We strictly use collected information to:
- Deliver, configure, and maintain our software applications according to client agreements.
- Fulfill regulatory requirements, including commercial invoice and financial reporting standards.
- Provide timely 24/7 technical customer support and system incident resolution.
- Continuously improve platform performance, offline synchronization, and security safeguards.
4. Enterprise Security & Data Safeguards
We deploy bank-grade technical and physical security standards:
- Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 / HTTPS protocols. Sensitive stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit standards.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Access within client instances is strictly governed by customer-assigned permissions to prevent unauthorized internal or external access.
- Automated Backups: Daily automated encrypted backups are maintained across geographically separated secure cloud servers with rapid disaster recovery protocols.
5. Third-Party Sharing & Non-Disclosure
We never sell, rent, or monetize client data. Information is only shared with verified infrastructure and payment partners (such as MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, or licensed hosting providers) under strict non-disclosure and processing agreements exclusively to deliver the requested service.
